For Air Asia AGM, a min of 1000 unit of share would entitle a flight voucher worth RM500. Each shareholder will only entitle one voucher regardless the number of shares u hv.

Last year no door gift of RM500 flight voucher, could be due to the special dividend. This year agm too no door gift as mentioned in the circular that was received.

Yup, sure the number of cash flow will be less since dividend given. But the cash flow in the balance sheet of the company not belong to you, only when give dividend only belong to you. And no worry, Tony is good in finance and accounting. He sure know how to please the market. This case we invest in Tony not the company
