possible many buy in at 0.25 +/- 0.01. if you are buying for its fundamentals, have a look at its last 10 years performance. it has grown so much and 2018 recorded 22M operating cash flow which has not been seen for the last 10 years
sounds good, Gigi. guessed that everyone is waiting for reversal technically timing with market turn after the recent sell down. Have a look at its fundamentals too. imo - it's worth looking at its ability to generate cash flow during choppy time.
sounds good, Ng. imo - there's a few risks to watch (1) yesterday KLSE/FKLI reversal, closing the gap down as impressive as it seems is still too early to cheer for. it could be a short covering. unless and until KLSE closes above 1611, we still have to be careful with tweets coming from US. (2) agreed with you technically that 0.20 cents is the near term support and there is the 200 days MA support for weekly chart at 0.175 should be watched too. (3) Ucrest next QR is by end of July.
hi Andy, best is to make your own decision and due diligence as no one knows your investment objectives. I can share my opinion and hope it helps with your research.
imo - (1) hold on to your cash first if you already have position in Ucrest as market breadth is still shaky. if you don't have position, you can consider to initiate position if you are looking at longer term (2) technically, it is still possible for Ucrest to go below 0.20 cents and you can always add on by then (3) Ucrest continued to purchase intangible assets with the cash generated from it's operations. There is evidence that these intangible assets can generate recurring income.
(4) 2018 Ucrest profit/net margin is high >30% and its highest since the last 10 years, same goes with its operating cash flow. I believed this is driven by its huge base of intangible assets (5) what is needed next is for Ucrest to start reporting positive cash flow and I believed that's when Ucrest will start moving up strongly. at $5M fcf, it's valued at 0.21 cents. Every incremental of $1M of fcf, translates to incremental of approx 0.04 cents on its valuations.
(6) you can monitor its fcf via its earnings report (net cash from ops - capex). (7) it's tough to be looking at losing positions ($ and %), but try to focus on the process that led you to initiating position in ucrest - technical (charting) or fundamentals (business, financials). hope this helps with your research.
all is good. let see how the market breadth is picking up over the next few weeks. it seems that last few days seeing selective buying of index counters. ACE, small and medium caps is still sluggish :(
