除息日是四月十号。代表你如果要分到股息应该在那之前买。今天就只是股息进户口吧了。照理来说，如果价钱要跌，四月十一号就应该看到效果了。因为你十号过后买是分不到股息的。

hi poh, yes the dividend is not taxable, just keep the tax voucher they mailed to you. Money from REIT is called income distribution instead of dividend thus they are taxable. You can check out those reit stocks' dividend section
