Too dangerous to enter. Just buy a small tiny hotel in Senawang, share price up 30% - 50%. If other gloves company buy bigger hotels up 30% also ? I think too risky. Over rated. My opinion.

It is not hotel that push the price up.. it is the expectation that the company will deliver good QR... who will approve to buy hotel if the company financial is not good? I think the rational behind the decision is they might consider expanding.. and it is too costly to rent hostels for their workers in long run..
