The Board of Directors have proposed a first and final single-tier dividend in respect of the
current financial year ended 31 December 2019 of 14 sen per share based on 1,966,023,200
ordinary shares (net of treasury shares at the date of this report), amounting to a net dividend
payable of RM275,243,248 (31 December 2018: final dividend of 14 sen per share) for
shareholders’ approval.
