i think keave can try apply rakuten la since apply online and not that straight compare to bank, coz bank need income statement, but i think cash account shouldnt be a problem right coz you need put money inside 1st, no need owe them.

rakuten above 100k is set to rm100, not percentage anymore. disadvantage is only nominee account, so cant apply ipo, and dividend will bank to kenanga 1st so will be late than direct account.

cimb is also 1 of the big 5...they hav link connection with MIB...they will follow MIB tactic for any "implementation" ....include this kind of system maint or error one. just be mindful ya.
