If you buy and sell on the same day, they will average it and show you. You calculate properly, add all your buy price and units, then average it. You will get your answer after you calculate it.
Alex you are Rakuten user right? I am new to their platform. This evening perform deposit but wrongly from third party account which is not allowed.. Now my fund hang. U experience this before? U know they take how many days to credit back my money? I know I should call them tmr but very uneasy now..
@kenneth, I’m using both PC and phone. So far uptime is 99%. It will only hang (sometimes only) during morning time 9-915am. I believe it is the busiest time in stock trading market.
Allow me to ask all experienced Rakuten users : is it not possible to place buy order by 1650hours? I tried many times today, both my cash n contra account. Rejected. Sufficient funds in both. Anyone can share your thoughts please
That's strange then, the stock has not limit up n I chosen market shown price as per system. Never manually adjust any price. Yet it keep rejected.. Haiz not my luck maybe.
example is today you can only buy or sell after 4.50pm with rm1.63 price only. if you really cant trade with this price with enough cash in account, then shouldnt be and you can call your remiser to ask
Ttt, it's Rakuten online platform. Only hv customer service to call. No agent, no remisier.. I hv been calling n holding for 40 mins after market closed n only answering machine n song was playing to me. Just switched to online trading, before that has a remisier but charges was really high. Now with this online platform I am always stuck.. Guess still needs to find a 'real human' for rescue. Which broker firm u are with?
