It is for non medical use..from what i understand, the distributor has the exclusive right to make any changes to comply with the health ministry guidelines to make it for medical use. Basically upgrade is possible with a simple modification. Haha, maybe to cater a wide range of customers.

My favourite part of the deal is that, the distributor has to pay 20% upfront and the remaining balance to pay within 30 days..this contract can make significant changes to their p&l and cash flow. Something I'm looking forward too.
