Reference is made to the earlier announcements made in relation to the rights issue of 336,093,017 rights shares and 168,046,493 Warrants C (Rights Issue with Warrants).

The Company had on 5 April 2024 announced to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on the completion of the Rights Issue with Warrants that the Company raised total proceeds of RM33,609,301.70.

The Board of Directors (Board) of Vsolar wishes to announce that as at 31 March 2025, Vsolar has utilised RM1,000,000 from the total proceeds raised from the Rights Issue with Warrants. On 13 June 2025, the Board of Vsolar has approved to vary the utilisation of the proceeds raised from the Rights Issue with Warrants.
