Remarks :
The bonus issue of 60,000,000 warrants in Voir Holdings Berhad (“Voir”) ("Warrants") are issued to the entitled shareholders of Voir on the basis of one (1) Warrant for every two (2) existing ordinary share of RM0.50 each in Voir ("Voir Shares") held at 5.00 p.m. on 24 March 2014 (“Bonus Issue of Warrants”).
Each Warrant carries the entitlement to subscribe for one (1) new Voir Share at the exercise price of RM0.50 at any time during the exercise period as indicated above ("Exercise Period"), subject to the adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 11 March 2014 constituting the Warrants. Any Warrant not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose.
