The Board of Directors of HMCB (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Company had, on 14 February 2025, effected the Deed Poll Amendments through the execution of the Supplemental Deed Poll dated 14 February 2025 in connection with certain modifications, amendments, deletions or additions to the provisions of the Deed Poll that are relating to purely administrative matters and in the opinion of the Company, will not be materially prejudicial to the interests of the Warrant D Holders. In this regard, the Deed Poll Amendments are not subject to approval from the Warrant D Holders or any other relevant authorities.

The notice to Warrant D Holders in relation to the Deed Poll Amendments shall be despatched to the Warrant D Holders in due course.
