Pursuant to Rule 9.19(36) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors ("Board") of Ygl Convergence Berhad ("Ygl" or "the Company") wishes to announce that there is a deviation of more than 10% between the net profit of the Group as stated in the unaudited fourth quarter results for the financial period ended 31 March 2024 announced on 30 May 2024 ("Unaudited Results") and the audited financial statements for the financial year ended 31 March 2024 ("Audited Financial Statements").
