Unless otherwise stated, the words and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcement dated 8 September 2023.

We refer to our announcement made on 8 September 2023 in relation to the Appeal submitted to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”).

After due consideration of all facts and circumstances of the Appeal, Bursa Securities has decided to:

(a)  dismiss the company’s appeal for a further extension of time to submit the regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval; and

(b)  de-list the company from the Official List of Bursa Securities pursuant to paragraph 8.04 of the Main Market Listing Requirements.

In the circumstances, the securities of the company shall be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities on Tuesday, 30 July 2024.
