Pursuant to Rule 9.19(27) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of BCM wishes to announce that BCM and BC MEDICARE had on 26 April 2024 ceased to be a substantial shareholder of BSL following the disposal of 147,018,181 ordinary shares of BSL via open market on 26 April 2024 by BC MEDICARE ("Disposal").
The highest percentage ratio applicable to the Disposal pursuant to Rule 10.02(g) of the ACE Market Listing Requirement of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad is 3.63% based on the latest audited financial statements of BCM for the financial year ended 31 December 2022.
