Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 16 February 2024, 21 February 2024, 20 March 2024, 22 March 2024, 5 April 2024,17 April 2024 and 18 April 2024 in relation to the Private Placement.
On behalf of the Board, Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Board had on 24 April 2024 (“Price-Fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the second (2nd) tranche of the Private Placement at RM0.0929 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).
The Issue Price represents a discount of RM0.0102 or approximately 9.89% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of Privasia Technology Shares up to and including 23 April 2024, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-Fixing Date of RM0.1031 per Privasia Technology Share.
