The Board of Directors of NovelPlus wishes to announce that NovelPlus Sdn Bhd (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company), had on 24 April 2024 entered into a sale and purchase agreement (“Agreement”) with Ecobuilt Holdings Berhad for the proposed acquisition of an office unit at a purchase consideration of RM1.3 million subject to the terms and conditions in Agreement.
