The Company wishes to inform that the hearing for the 1st and 2nd Defendants’ discovery and interrogatories applications which was initially scheduled to be heard on 21 April 2024 was adjourned to 1 July 2024 due to unforeseen circumstances as informed by the Court.
The Company will make further announcement(s) on the material development of the case in due course.
