| Working experience and occupation | Foo Jen Kah has more than 16 years of experience in audit and finance profession. He is a Fellow of Associate of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). He started his career in an international accounting firm - Messrs. Crowe Horwath in 2008, and was promoted to Audit Manager and Senior Audit Manager subsequently. He then left the firm and joined Datasonic Group Berhad (Datasonic) as an Assistant Financial Controller, and was promoted to Financial Controller subsequently. In Datasonic, he was responsible for the financial affairs of the group. He left Datasonic to assume his role in Samaiden as Chief Financial Officer on 23 November 2022. |
