On behalf of the Board of Directors of Edelteq ("Board"), UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd ("UOBKH") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to establish an ESOS of up to 30% of the total number of issued shares of Edelteq (excluding treasury shares, if any), at any point in time over the duration of the ESOS for the eligible directors and employees of the Company and its subsidiaries (excluding subsidiaries which are dormant, if any). Further details on the Proposed ESOS are set out in the attachment enclosed.
