PROPOSED RENEWAL OF AUTHORITY FOR THE COMPANY TO PURCHASE ITS OWN SHARES OF UP TO 10% OF THE ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL
The Board of Directors of MHB intends to renew the shareholder mandate to give power to the Company to purchase its own shares of up to 10% of the total number issued shares of the Company (“Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back”).
