The Board of Directors of Classita wishes to announce that the Hearing of the Committal Proceedings against the Former Directors previously fixed on 30 November 2023 was adjourned and fixed this morning. After hearing oral submissions from the parties, the Court dismissed the Committal Proceedings against the Former Directors with costs.
