TWRREIT - Notice of Rights Entitlement (Ratio)

Renounceable rights issue of 210,375,000 new units in Tower Real Estate Investment Trust ("Tower REIT") ("Rights Unit(s)") on the basis of 3 Rights Units for every 4 existing units in Tower REIT held as at 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 30 April 2024 at an issue price of RM0.31 per Rights Unit ("Rights Issue")

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “Ex- Rights Issue” as from: 29 Apr 2024
2) The last date of lodgment : 30 Apr 2024
3) Retention Money: Where securities are not delivered in time for registration by the seller, then the brokers concerned:-       
          a) Selling Broker to deduct 3/7, of Selling Price against the Selling Client
          b) Buying Broker to deduct 10%, of Purchase Price against the Buying Client
          c) Between Broker and Broker, the deduction of 3/7, of the Transacted Price is applicable.

Remarks :

The Rights Units shall be provisionally allotted to the unitholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of Tower REIT as at 5.00 p.m. on 30 April 2024 ("Entitlement Date") ("Entitled Unitholders"), subject to the terms and conditions as set out in the abridged prospectus, notice of provisional allotment and rights subscription form to be issued in relation to the Rights Issue (collectively referred to as the "Documents").

The Documents shall be despatched to Entitled Unitholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors as at 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date.

The Documents will only be despatched to foreign-addressed unitholders who have provided the Registrar with a registered address in Malaysia by the Entitlement Date.

The Documents are not intended to be (and will not be) issued, circulated or distributed in any country or jurisdiction other than Malaysia and no action has been or will be taken to ensure that either the Rights Issue or the Documents comply with the laws related to public offerings of any country or jurisdiction where action for such purpose is required, other than the laws of Malaysia.
