We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 4 December 2023 and the subsequent announcements in relation to the Company’s application to seek the extension of time for EVD to implement the Special Issue.
On behalf of the Board, KAF IB is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 15 April 2024, resolved to approve the application for the extension of time of up to 19 August 2024, for EVD to implement the Special Issue.
