The Board of Directors of EVD is pleased to announce that EV-Dynamic Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of EVD, was awarded a Sub-Contract on 4 April 2024 to design, supply, deliver, install, testing and commissioning of Smart Building and Security Services (“Sub-Contract”).

The Company had on 8 April 2024 obtained Sunway Construction Sdn Bhd's consent to disclose the pertinent information in relation to the Sub-Contract.

The duration of the Sub-Contract is approximately 21 months from 5 January 2024 to 31 October 2025. The total value of the Sub-Contract is RM59,642,720.56.

The Board of Directors is of the view that the Sub-Contract is in the best interest of EVD’s Group. While the Sub-Contract would not have any material effects on the share capital and shareholding structure of the Company, it is expected to contribute positively to the earnings per share and net assets per share of EVD for the financial year ending 2024 onwards.

There are no significant risks other than operational risks associated with this Sub-Contract.

None of the Directors and/or substantial shareholders of the Company or persons connected to the said Directors and/or substantial shareholders have any direct or indirect interest in the Sub- Contract.
