Further to the Company’s announcement made on 2 June 2023 ("Announcement") relating to the member’s voluntary winding-up of Novimax (M) Sdn Bhd (“Novimax”), a dormant wholly-owned subsidiary of MUIB, the Company wishes to announce that Novimax had held its final meeting on 8 April 2024 to conclude its member’s voluntary winding up (“Final Meeting”).

The Return by Liquidator relating to Final Meeting (“Return”) will be lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver within 7 days from the Final Meeting, and on the expiration of 3 months from the date of the lodgement of the Return, Novimax will be dissolved in accordance with Section 459(5) of the Companies Act 2016.
