Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 31 October 2022 in relation to the admission of the Company into Practice Note 17, and the announcement dated 22 November 2023 in relation to the Restraining Order granted by the Kuala Lumpur High Court from 21 November 2023 to KNM Group Berhad and its subsidiary, KNM Process Systems Sdn Bhd pursuant to section 368 of the Companies Act 2016, for a period of 3 months. The Company wishes to announce that an ad interim Erinford Order was granted by the Kuala Lumpur High Court on 8 April 2024 until the next hearing date that is scheduled on 26 April 2024.
Further development in relation to the Restraining Order and Scheme of Arrangement will be announced in due course.
