Unless otherwise stated, all the abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those used in the announcement dated 6 February 2024 in relation to the Proposed MSRGE Investment.
The Board of Directors of Seal (“Board”) wishes to announce that all the conditions precedent as set out in the Subscription Agreement have been fulfilled, met and/or waived as at 5 April 2024 and the Subscription Agreement has become unconditional on even date.
The Board wishes to also announce that the Proposed MSRGE Investment has been completed on 8 April 2024 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Subscription Agreement.
