The Board of Directors of MNHB wishes to announce that MN Power Transmission Sdn Bhd (“MNPTSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 4 April 2024 entered into a Joint Venture Agreement (“JVA”) with Intelligent Pie Consulting Sdn Bhd (“IPIE”) for the purpose of engaging in cybersecurity solutions, encompassing products (hardware, software, licenses), services and other related services (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) for a group of companies (“Customer”), subject to the terms and conditions stipulated in the JVA (“Proposed Joint Venture”).
