The Board of Directors of GB wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders at the forthcoming Fortieth Annual General Meeting ("40th AGM") to be convened for the Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions (“RRPT”) of a Revenue or Trading Nature ("Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate").

The Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders’ Mandate is to allow the Company and/or its subsidiaries to enter into RRPT of a revenue or trading nature which are necessary for its day-to-day operations. The Company had, at its Thirty-Ninth Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) held on 29 May 2023, obtained the mandate from its shareholders to enter into RRPT of a revenue or trading nature. This mandate will expire at the conclusion of the forthcoming Fortieth AGM.

A Circular to Shareholders containing information on the Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate will be issued to the shareholders of GB in due course.
