The Board of Directors of MNHB wishes to announce that MN Power Transmission Sdn Bhd (“MNPTSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 4 April 2024 accepted a Work Order (“WO”) dated 1 April 2024 awarded by Samaiden Sdn Bhd (“Samaiden”) in relation to a project namely “Proposed Development of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (“EPCC”) Contractor for Step up Station (“SPP”) Interconnection Facilities, NUR Interconnection Facilities and related peripheral system for 50 megawatt (“MWac”) Large Scale Solar (“LSS”) photovoltaic energy generating facility for NUR Renewables Sdn Bhd at Lot 15,8766  and part of Lot 10625, Mukim Padang China, Daerah Kulim Kedah” (“Contract”).
