The Board of Directors of CCB wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Panoramic Industrial Development Sdn. Bhd., has on 4 April 2024 entered into a conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement with Microsoft Payments (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., for the disposal of all that piece of land held under H.S.(D) 629088, PTD 227193, Mukim of Pulai, District of Johor Bahru, State of Johor measuring approximately 102,558.3 square meters or 1,103,927.3 square feet for a cash consideration of RM132,471,276.00 only or RM120.00 per square foot.
