The Board of Directors of MNHB wishes to announce that MN Power Transmission Sdn Bhd (“MNPTSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 3 April 2024 received an award of contract for supply, erect and commissioning of transmission main intake (“PMU”) 275/132 kilovolt (“kV”) Pasir Gudang Power Station Extension (2 x 275kV Overhead Lines (“OHL”) Bays), Johor from Tenaga Nasional Berhad (“TNB”) via its letter dated 2 April 2024 (“Contract”).
