We refer to our announcement dated 25 January 2024 on the above matter. Pursuant to the winding up petition filed by Kuantan Tembeling Resort Sdn. Bhd. ("KTRSB") on 25 January 2024, the High Court of Malaya at Kuantan had on 3 April 2024 made the following Orders:
a) That KTRSB be wound up by the Court pursuant to Section 465(1)(a) of the Companies Act 2016.
b) That Jabatan Insolvensi Malaysia, Cawangan Kuantan be appointed as the liquidator of KTRSB.
The winding up of KTRSB will not have any significant operational or financial impact to PASDEC Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2024.
