The Board of Directors of Box-Pak wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders’ approval for the renewal of mandate for the Company and its subsidiaries to enter into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature ("Proposal") at the forthcoming Fiftieth Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The  Circular to Shareholders containing detailed information on the Proposal will be issued in due course.
