-OFFER OF OPTIONS UNDER EMPLOYEES' SHARE OPTION SCHEME

We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 11 September 2023 in respect of the offer of options under the employees’ share option scheme (“Previous Announcement”). The terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the Previous Announcement unless otherwise specified.

The Company wishes to announce that the offer of ESOS Options made on 11 September 2023 to the Eligible Persons to subscribe for new ordinary shares shall be subject to the following vesting period:

Vesting period of the Options offered

Options Period	The Options shall be exercisable from
(i) Tranche 1 (30% of the Options offered)	1 January 2024 to 31 July 2028
(ii) Tranche 2 (30% of the Options offered)	1 January 2025 to 31 July 2028
(iii) Tranche 3 (40% of the Options offered)	1 January 2026 to 31 July 2028
