Pursuant to Rule 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that pursuant to the employees' share option scheme ("ESOS"), the following offer of ESOS options ("ESOS Options") has been made on 1 April 2024 to the eligible Directors and Employees of the Company and its subsidiaries ("Eligible Persons") to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company ("Offer").
