Reference is made to the Company’s first announcement dated 30 March 2023 and latest announcement dated 1 March 2024 (“Previous Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the terms and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Previous Announcements.
The Board of Directors of BKCB wishes to update that BKCB and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Optimal Property Management Sdn Bhd (“OPM”) has paid its March 2024 installment of RM500,000 in accordance with the Conditional Relief Indulgence (“CRI”) arrangement with MBSB Bank.
Concurrently, OPM has also received its RM250,000 March 2024 installment from Kolej Teknologi Islam Melaka Berhad (“KTIMB”) under the agreed Indulgence Settlement Proposal (“ISP”) between OPM and KTIMB. Both parties are earnestly working toward resolution of the ISP by 31 May 2024.
The Board shall make the relevant updates as and when there are material developments.
