Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 27 September 2023, 3 October 2023, 2 November 2023, 7 November 2023, 27 November 2023, 15 December 2023, 6 March 2024 and 29 March 2024 in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company has resolved to fix the exercise price of the Warrants B at RM0.12 per Warrant B.

The exercise price of the Warrants B represents a discount of approximately 23.40% to the TEAP of Jiankun Shares of RM0.1567, calculated based on the 5-day VWAP of Jiankun Shares up to and including 29 March 2024 (being the last trading day before the date of this announcement) of RM0.1750.
