Reference is made to the Company’s First Announcement dated 29 March 2023 and latest announcement dated 1 March 2024 (“Previous Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the terms and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Previous Announcements.
The Board of Directors of BKCB (“Board”) wishes to update that on 26 March 2024, the Company has written to Bursa to seek an extension of time for the Company to formulate its Regularization Plan. On 27 March 2024, Bursa has written to the Company seeking certain clarifications. The Company is required to reply to Bursa on or before 5 April 2024.
The Board shall make the relevant updates as and when there are material developments.
