Further to our announcement dated 17 February 2020 ("First Announcement"), 17 March 2020 and the subsequent announcements made on the first market day of each subsequent months ("Monthly Announcements") pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A of the Listing Requirements, the Company wishes to announce that there is no major development since the last announcement made on 1 March 2024. The Board is waiting for Bursa Securities' reply on the application for the Fifth Extension of Time (“Fifth EOT”) to submit its regularisation plan.
The outcome of the application for the Fifth EOT will be announced upon a decision is being received from Bursa Securities.
