(Reference is made to the previous announcement made on 25 October 2023, 30 November 2023, 29 December 2023, 31 January 2024 and 29 February 2024 in relation to the delay in issuance of the Company’s annual report for the financial period ended 30 June 2023. Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms and definitions used herein shall be the same as those defined in the previous announcement.)

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.28(3A) of the MMLR of Bursa Securities, Annum wishes to announce the status of the issuance of its outstanding Annual Report for financial period ended 30 June 2023 as follows:-

(a) The Company has announced the appointment of Messrs. SBY Partners PLT as the new Auditors on 27 February 2024 and the Auditors are currently in the midst of conducting the audit works.

(b) The Company is targeting to issue and submit its Annual Report for the financial period ended 30 June 2023 by 30 April 2024.
