BONUS ISSUE OF UP TO 186,500,009 WARRANTS ("WARRANTS") ON THE BASIS OF ONE WARRANT FOR TWO EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN HANDAL ENERGY BERHAD HELD BY THE ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS AS AT 5.00 P.M. ON 16 APRIL 2024 ("ENTITLEMENT DATE") ("BONUS ISSUE OF WARRANTS")

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “[EX-BONUS ISSUE]” as from: 15 Apr 2024
2) The last date of lodgment : 16 Apr 2024

Remarks :

(Unless otherwise stated, the defined terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the circular to shareholders of Handal dated 7 November 2023 in relation to the Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants).

The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities within 2 market days after the receipt of the application for quotation of Warrants by Bursa Securities.

The Warrants will be credited into the Entitled Shareholders' central depository system accounts and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the Entitled Shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors of Handal within 4 market days after the date of listing and quotation for the Warrants. Entitled Shareholders are not required to take any action.
