Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 5 February 2024 in relation to the resignation of Messrs CHENGCO PLT ("CHENGCO") as the External Auditors of the Company.
The Board of Directors of PJBumi wishes to announce that the Company has on 29 March 2024 appointed Messrs MORISON LC PLT (LLP0032572-LCA) (AF 002469), who have consented to act pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, as the new External Auditors of the Company.
