Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the previous announcements dated 18 September 2019 and 7 December 2020 in respect of the MTN Programme.

The Board of Directors of Atrium REIT Managers Sdn Bhd, the Manager of Atrium REIT, wishes to announce that Public Bank Berhad is agreeable to subscribe Tranche 4 of the MTN Programme of RM32.8 million (“Tranche 4 MTN”).

The Tranche 4 MTN has a tenure of seven (7) years from the date of issuance with one lump sum redemption at the end of the tenure.

Proceeds raised from the Tranche 4 MTN shall be utilised by the Issuer to part finance/reimburse Atrium REIT’s purchase of a parcel of leasehold land under issue document of title H.S.(D) 324738, PT-, Mukim Damansara, Daerah Petaling, Negeri Selangor (expiring on 13 November 2068) together with all other buildings and structures erected thereon and bearing postal address at Lot 5, Persiaran Raja Muda, Seksyen 16, 40200 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
