We refer to the announcements dated 29 September 2023, 27 October 2023, 20 November 2023, 30 November 2023, 1 December 2023, 9 January 2024 and 16 January 2024 in relation to the Proposals ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that the following applications had been submitted to the relevant authorities on 27 March 2024:
(i) Bursa Securities for the Proposed Withdrawal of Listing and the Proposed Listing;
(ii) Equity Compliance Unit of the SC for the resultant equity structure of the Company pursuant to the Proposed Listing; and
(iii) Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry for the Shares to be allocated to Bumiputera investors in relation to the Proposed Issuance.
