Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the announcement dated 27 February 2024 shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 27 March 2024, approved the listing and quotation of up to 156,250,000 Placement Shares representing not more than 10.0% of the issued shares of the Company (excluding treasury shares) pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement subject to the following conditions:

(a) Unitrade and M&A Securities must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement;

(b) Unitrade and M&A Securities to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Private Placement; and

(c) Unitrade to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed.
