Further to the Company’s announcement dated 14 March 2024, 18 March 2024 and 21 March 2024, the Board of Directors of (“Asdion” or “the Company”) wishes to announce the following additional information:-

  1. The date of the Writ for Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court Civil Suit No. WA-B52C-16-05/2023 was 2 May 2023.
  2. Asdion Berhad received the aforementioned Writ and the Statement of Claim on 1 June 2023.
  3.  The late interest at the rate of 10% per annum as mentioned in item 2 of the announcement dated 21 March 2024 began accruing from 3 May 2024 until the date of full settlement.

Further announcement on the development of the above legal suit will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in due course.
