| Outcome of Meeting | The Board of Directors of Hartalega Holdings Berhad (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company dated 28 February 2024, were approved by the Shareholders by way of poll at the EGM held on 19 March 2024.
The results of the poll were validated by SKY Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
