Reference is made to the announcement of the Company on 5 December 2023 pertaining to the former external auditors, i.e. Messrs. Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng PLT, who did not seek for reappointment as external auditors of YNH Property Bhd at the 21st Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The Board of Directors of YNH wishes to announce that Morison LC PLT (LLP 0032572-LCA) (AF002469), having given their consent to act as external auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 30 June 2024, is appointed as external auditors of the Company on 19 March 2024 and shall hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
