The Board of Directors ("Board") of NHF wishes to announce that the Company is proposing to undertake the Proposed Share Split involving the subdivision of every one (1) existing ordinary share held by shareholders of the Company ("NHF Share(s)") whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of the Company on an entitlement date to be determined and announced by the Board later into two (2) NHF Shares.
